We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, creating, and modifying general computer application software and specialized programs. Your primary focus will be on analyzing user needs, developing innovative software solutions, and designing or customizing software to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, you will play a vital role in analyzing and designing databases within a specific application area, working independently or collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and modify general computer application software and specialized programs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of user needs and requirements to develop effective software solutions.
- Design software applications or customize existing software to meet client specifications and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage the complete software development life cycle, including planning, executing, and monitoring project tasks and timelines.
- Assess and prioritize project requirements, resources, and risks to effectively allocate resources and deliver high-quality results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure seamless software development and deployment.
- Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any software defects or issues.
- Analyze and design databases within a specific application area, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and scalability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance software development processes and methodologies.
Skills/Experience
- In-depth knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in translating functional and nonfunctional requirements into detailed system requirements.
- Ability to design and develop complex programs, leveraging knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, XML, Android SDK, Restful APIs, JSON, SQLite DB, Location & Map, and Material Design.
- Experience with third-party frameworks, offline storage, secure enclave, threading, and performance tuning to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Sound understanding of UI/UX standards and design principles, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly application experience.
- Familiarity with build systems like XCode, MSbuild, GNU make, etc., and experience with iOS continuous integration for efficient and streamlined development processes.
- Knowledge of App Store application publishing, Telephony/Network APIs, SQL/SQLite Database, and VOIP application frameworks.
- Proficiency in developing client/server/web interactions to facilitate seamless communication between different components of the software system.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies to ensure iterative and incremental software development.
- Ability to integrate with back-end services and leverage RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange and integration.
