Mfluid Consulting is looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals via phone and email. You will be a key player in driving our revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
