Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team at Mfluid Consulting. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone and through email communication. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Qualify leads and understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
